At HSB Homes we believe in finding the right tenant for your property and not just the first tenant that comes along.
All potential tenants are carefully referenced to ensure that you, the Landlord, get the best possible people living in your property. We believe in being thorough at this early stage so that we protect you and your investment from any potential problems further down the line.
We will not let a property until we have carried out credit check along with an employer's reference to check firstly that the tenant can afford the property and secondly a character reference, we also require a landlords reference if the prospective tenant has been renting another property.
We will carry out a detailed inventory of the property prior to check in and use this to check for defects at the end of the tenancy.
All properties are inspected and we report back to you with any potential problems for your observation and comments.
We have a dedicated team of tradesmen on hand to look after your maintenance needs and we will liaise directly with them to ensure that all work is conducted quickly, effectively and at the best possible price.
